AIP only represents non-affiliated third-party entities wishing to engage its services to monetize their IP. Any use of AIP third party services by any entity other than AIP is the sole act of such party. AIP does not own any patent assets nor has any right to license, assert, enforce, nor grant rights, releases or defenses to any patent assets. Such rights exist solely with the owners thereof. Any communication regarding a patent involving AIP, its clients, third parties or recipients of third party services shall be attributable solely to such client or third party. You agree that your sole recourse shall be against such parties and not AIP.
For any matters involving Ascend Innovation Management, LLC, a separate Texas limited liability company recipient of third party services (“AIM”), or its or their subsidiaries, please visit www.ascendinnovationmanagement.com and its own terms and conditions. AIM’s subsidiaries may have their own patent rights, and such entities alone may address matters related to them.
